    A TRADITIONAL SIVANANDA-INSPIRED PRACTICE HONOURING THE FULL YOGIC PATH.
    A traditional Sivananda-inspired practice honoring classical Hatha yoga through structure, breath, and devotion. Please note that this is not an immersive class. It includes a gentle soundscape and dimmed light for an in-depth advanced practice.
    ***Members must attend all levels or have experience in Sivananda Yoga prior to booking Sacred Seven (advanced) class.
