At Immersive Om, joining us means becoming part of a living, breathing ecosystem of movement, energy, creativity, and care. Whether you guide others through practice or support the flow of the studio experience, every role here matters deeply.

How to Join Our Team

There are two ways to join us — as an OM TEACHER or as an OM KEEPER (Energy Exchanger). Each path plays a unique role in shaping the Immersive Om experience.

  • Description:
    For passionate yoga, mat pilates, reformer pilates, and movement educators who are ready to guide others through bodyful, immersive, and transformative experiences. Our teachers are leaders, storytellers, and space-holders who embody both tradition and innovation.

    Who is an OM TEACHER?
    An Om Teacher is more than an instructor — they are a guide, space-holder, and energetic leader. They embody both traditional wisdom and modern creativity, offering bodyful, immersive experiences that support growth, awareness, and transformation. At Immersive Om, our teachers move with integrity, presence, and a deep respect for the practice and the people they serve.

    OM TEACHERS Requirements
    To join Immersive Om as a Teacher, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Hold a valid certification in Yoga or Pilates, and/or Reformer Pilates.

    • Carry a minimum of $2 million in professional liability insurance

    • Possess a current CPR-C & First Aid certification

    • Provide an up-to-date resume outlining relevant education and teaching experience


  • Description:
    Also known as Energy Exchange Program. For those who feel called to be part of the studio energy, even if they don’t teach classes. Om Keepers support the flow of Immersive Om through presence, care, and service — exchanging energy for access, growth, and community.

    Who is an OM KEEPER?
    Om Keepers are the heartbeat of Immersive Om. They help create a welcoming, grounded, and beautiful space for every guest — while deepening their own practice and connection through energy exchange.

    OM KEEPER Requirements

    To join Immersive Om as an Om Keeper (Energy Exchanger), applicants should embody presence, reliability, and a genuine love for creating meaningful spaces. Requirements include:

    • A consistent and committed availability (6 hrs a week)

    • A respectful, grounded, and welcoming presence

    • Willingness to support studio flow, cleanliness, and guest experience

    • Openness to learning about yoga, movement, and energetic practices

    • A sincere interest in community, wellness, and personal growth

Non-Compete & Community Integrity Policy

At Immersive Om, we are committed to building a strong, respectful, and sustainable teaching community—both within our studio and in relation to our neighboring studios.

For this reason, teachers and Energy Exchangers who are part of the Immersive Om team may not simultaneously work at nearby studios (WITHIN A 3 KM RADIUS). This policy exists to:

  • Respect and maintain positive relationships with neighboring studio owners

  • Protect the integrity and cohesion of our teaching community

  • Ensure clarity, commitment, and fairness for everyone involved

You are welcome to apply to join our team if this policy aligns with your current and future plans. Please note that we are unable to move forward with applications from individuals who intend to continue working at nearby studios concurrently.

Our Process

Share your story, experience, and intentions so we can get to know you beyond just credentials.

2. Submit Required Documents

Provide the necessary certifications, insurance, and supporting materials to complete your application.

3. Commit to Training & Onboarding

Upon approval, you’ll be invited into our onboarding and training process to align with our values, standards, and immersive approach.

4. Join the Immersive Om Community

Begin attending classes, enjoy studio perks, and continue learning and growing with us as part of our collective.
