She created her practice to support deeper healing by addressing the mind, body, and spirit together, helping clients move beyond talk-based approaches into true regulation and relief.
Laura integrates Somatic Stress Release™, Brainspotting, and Reiki into her work, offering a trauma-informed approach that supports emotional processing, nervous system balance, and self-connection. Her work is grounded in both clinical training and intuitive care, creating a compassionate space for lasting healing.

Contemporary Medical AcupunctureKristen Pawlick is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Massage Therapist, and is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. She focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries using Neurofunctional Acupuncture and manual therapy to reduce pain, restore function, and support a faster return to work, sport, and daily life.
Kristen is also a Senior Instructor with the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture Program and has extensive experience working with athletes, including the Pan American Games, University of Toronto varsity teams, and provincial and national field hockey programs. She has served as an examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and as Head Therapist for CheerForce WolfPack.
