Founders and siblings Yasi and Mike began their yogic path and journey in the Sivananda Ashram of Val Morin in Quebeque. They further continued their practice by attending 200 hr and 500 hr teachers training at the Sivananda Ashram of Bahamas. Yasi’s path began in India, where she attended Vivekananda Ahram in Karnataka in 2006.
